Terms for using Refundora.

Last updated: July 18, 2026

These terms apply when you create a case, upload evidence, purchase a personalized packet or use a generated Refundora document.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using Refundora, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to make the purchase and use the service for a lawful consumer matter involving information and files you are permitted to use.

2. Service description

Refundora is a self-service document-preparation technology product. It organizes user-confirmed transaction facts and selected evidence into drafts such as a merchant letter, timeline, evidence index and payment-provider summary. Refundora is not a law firm, bank, card issuer, regulator, debt collector, merchant representative or chargeback-filing service.

3. Case creation and secure access

Cases use private links, access tokens, browser cookies and one-time email recovery links rather than a password account. You are responsible for the security of your email account and private case link. Do not share the full link or token with another person unless you intentionally authorize that person to access the case.

4. Your information and review duty

You must provide accurate information, upload only relevant evidence, distinguish confirmed facts from assumptions, review extracted text, correct errors and approve the final facts before generation. You remain responsible for every document you choose to send or rely on.

5. Price, checkout and payment

The current standard purchase is a one-time payment of USD 9.99 unless a different amount is clearly shown before checkout. There is no subscription. Payment processing is provided by Lava.top. Currency conversion, issuer fees or payment-provider terms may apply outside Refundora's control.

6. When digital performance begins

Before payment, Refundora can show a watermarked preview assembled from the form fields. After the payment provider confirms payment, the service begins evidence processing, AI-assisted drafting and personalized PDF generation. Delivery is completed through the secure case page and a service email containing a private return link.

7. Refundora purchase issues

A merchant's refusal to refund the underlying transaction does not mean the Refundora digital service failed, and no result is guaranteed. Contact support when a duplicate Refundora charge occurred, the purchase was not authorized, or a confirmed technical failure prevented delivery of the personalized packet. Requests are reviewed individually, and nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Prohibited use

  • Fabricating, altering or knowingly misrepresenting evidence.
  • Describing a known merchant charge as unauthorized when it was authorized.
  • Uploading malware, stolen data or files unrelated to your own lawful matter.
  • Harassing, threatening or impersonating another person.
  • Trying to access another user's case or bypass security controls.
  • Using generated text for fraud, extortion or another unlawful purpose.

9. AI, OCR and generated-content limitations

Optical character recognition and AI systems can misread files, omit context, invent wording or produce an unsuitable draft. Refundora uses structured validation and user confirmation to reduce risk, but those controls do not eliminate errors. Do not send a generated document without reviewing every date, amount, name, statement and attachment.

10. Third-party services

Hosting, storage, email, AI and payment functions depend on independent providers. Their availability, security procedures and terms may affect the service. Refundora may replace a provider when needed for reliability, security or compliance.

11. No professional advice or representation

Refundora does not provide legal, financial, tax or credit advice; determine rights or liability; contact a merchant or financial institution for you; submit a chargeback; monitor deadlines; or create an attorney-client, fiduciary or representative relationship.

12. No guarantee of outcome

A clear packet may make a request easier to review, but Refundora does not guarantee a refund, reversal, cancellation, settlement or response. Decisions are made by merchants, payment providers, card issuers, regulators, courts or other third parties.

13. Intellectual property

You retain rights in the original information and evidence you provide. Subject to payment and these terms, you may use the generated packet for your own matter. Refundora retains rights in the software, design, templates, branding and service materials.

14. Availability and changes

Features may be updated, limited, suspended or discontinued to protect users, maintain security, comply with provider requirements or improve the product. Refundora may reject or remove a case that violates these terms.

15. Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Refundora is not responsible for a third party's decision, missed external deadline, user-supplied error, loss caused by sharing a private link, or indirect loss arising from reliance on an unreviewed generated document. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

16. Applicable law and consumer rights

These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the service operator and transaction, without excluding non-waivable consumer rights that apply in the user's country. A user should seek qualified advice when a dispute involves important legal rights, a large amount or a filing deadline.

17. Contact

Questions about these terms or a paid technical failure may be sent to support@refundora.app.

Plain-language policies
